Information on the Site about our services and pricing is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Prices shown are indicative and may vary depending on the scope of your project. A binding agreement is formed only when we confirm a project in writing and you accept our proposal. Fees, payment terms, timelines and deliverables for any engagement will be set out in that proposal.
5. Free audits, wireframes & discovery calls
We sometimes offer complimentary SEO audits, website wireframes or discovery calls. These are provided in good faith and without charge or obligation. We may limit availability, decline requests at our discretion, and we give no guarantee as to turnaround in any individual case. Anything we produce for you as part of a free offer remains our intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Results & performance
The case studies, statistics and testimonials on the Site reflect genuine results we have achieved for specific clients, and we hold supporting evidence for the figures shown. However, SEO and search visibility depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competitor activity and market conditions. Past results are not a guarantee of future performance, and we do not promise any specific ranking, traffic or revenue outcome unless expressly agreed in a signed contract.
7. Liability
